Building Ralo. Still a two-person company, still automating the mortgage back office. Current engineering focus: deepening the AI agents that handle rate shopping, document collection, and loan coordination end to end.

Writing. My first contributed column for HousingWire — “The loan officer engineer: The $11,898 problem” — ran in August 2026, on per-loan origination costs and what automation does to them. More coming; see writing.
